Family owned and operated since 1974, we’ve built relationships with generations of boaters, cruisers and fishermen who share our passion and enthusiasm for being out on the water. We’re trusted for our experience and knowledge of boats and the Gulf waters, our unmatched level of personalization and service, and our strong after-sales support.
While we are not the biggest dealership in terms of locations or annual sales, our commitment to our customers and the industry has set us apart from our competition. We are not a volume dealership; never have been, never wanted to be and never will be. Instead, we treat each customer, each sale and each relationship with the highest level of attention, taking great pride in the friendships and lifelong, loyal customers we have been blessed to earn and maintain.

Waterfront Service Department: Quality Boats has the last waterfront service department on the Gulf side of Clearwater and one of the few remaining in Pinellas County.
Family Owned and Operated: Quality Boats is the oldest family run boat dealership in the Tampa Bay area; founded in 1973 by Ted Bair and expanded 4 times to better serve our customers.
State of the Art Sales Showroom on U.S. 19: Quality Boats has re-invested its resources into its facilities to make a statement that we will be here for the long term to serve our customers. All our Clearwater properties and buildings are owned, not leased, by Quality Boats.
Best Product Offering: Quality Boats represents only the finest products. Pursuit and Grady-White represent the finest fishing boat lines on the market today from 15′- 37′. Regal represent the finest runabouts and cruising yachts available ranging from 19′ to 52′. Not by coincidence, each of the boat suppliers we represent are also independently owned and operated so the customer knows he will not just be ‘a number’ in the corporate scheme of the operations.
Personalized Delivery and Orientation: Each customer receives a personalized, one-on-one sea-trial and orientation with the Quality Boats Captain to review all systems and operations of the boat chosen, ensuring that the customer is confident in operating their new boat.
Quality Cruisers: Each new boat customer is automatically enrolled into membership of Quality Cruisers, the Quality Boats cruise club that embarks upon weekend adventures throughout the year with other boaters.
Factory Trained Personnel: Our Sales and Service Staff receive on-going factory authorized training and certification to ensure that their knowledge is professional, current and complete.
